Small Changes Worksheet

Big changes begin with small steps, and research suggests we are likely to experience more success when we break apart our 'big change goals' and build a series of small steps.

So consider a small change or two in your life that might lead to bigger things down the road. Perhaps you give up responding to emails on weekend afternoons, or eliminate evening snacks a couple of days a week. Keep track, savor your successes, and keep taking small steps toward bigger goals!
