Bold Living Beyond Work
This 1-day program is designed to help participants develop a clearer view of the paths they have traveled in their work life and how they want to spend their time, energy and talents when work is no longer a main focus. It provides a framework for approaching retirement with a sense of renewal and purpose as employees transition out of the organization, transferring knowledge and wisdom in the process.
Coaching creates an opportunity for personal development going into the next phase while furthering the process of transferring vital information to the organization. Our typical coaching engagements include 3-6 months of bi-monthly coaching sessions either in person or via telephone. Individualized assessments are used as deemed helpful and appropriate in these engagements.
