The Hudson Coaching Process

  • A condensed version of Hudson's comprehensive Coach Certification Program prepares leaders to coach others in the organization to develop their ability to address issues and solve problems.
  • Leaders learn to approach challenges with a new mindset and skills to coach direct reports and peers through tough issues.
  • Upon observing coaching demonstrations utilizing coachable issues, leaders practice implementing coaching skills with other participants while being supervised by seasoned coaches.
