This program is a more in-depth integration of a coaching approach that prepares leaders to master the basic conceptual frameworks of the coaching process; this process allows leaders and managers to think and perform as coaches in their interactions with peers, direct reports, and teams.
This longer term solution is customized to align with current coaching initiatives and provide a strong coaching skill set for a cadre of pre-selected internal coaches to build capacity inside the organization.
Leadership Coaching creates an opportunity for an individualized development process targeting the particular needs of a high potential leader. Our typical leadership engagements include 3-6 months of bi-monthly coaching sessions either in person or via telephone. Individualized assessments are used as deemed helpful and appropriate in these engagements.
