Approaches to Delivery:
Our expert coach/facilitators are available to conduct the 1-day Spot Coaching for Managers program inside your organization, or you may choose to engage in our train-the-trainer in order to rapidly broaden this coaching approach in your organization and allow your own trainers to deliver the program.
Delivery of the 1-day Spot Coaching training sessions can accommodate a schedule that matches your needs. If you want to deepen coaching skills with a limited number of managers and leaders, this approach makes sense.
Train-the-Trainer for the Spot Coaching Program
If you want to rapidly bring coaching skills to a large number of managers and leaders in your organization, our Train-the-Trainer approach is likely to be your best choice. This approach allows you flexibility in delivery and it contains costs of the program through a licensing arrangement that reduces per person fees substantially.
Our Train-the-Trainer approach consists of 3 days participation for prospective internal trainers that includes attendance at a 1-day session followed by 2 days of leader training.
A Licensing Agreement allows trainers to conduct our 1-day Spot Coaching Approach™ program inside your organization.
